What we collect
When you book
Bookings are handled by our property management system, Cloudbeds. To make a reservation we need your name, contact details, stay dates and payment details. Payment data is processed by the payment provider, not stored by us.
When you write to us
Our contact form collects your name, e-mail address and your message. We use it to answer you and keep the correspondence for as long as it may be relevant to your stay.
When you simply browse
Our server records the usual technical data: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open, and the page you came from.
Third-party services on this site
We want to be precise here, because these services set cookies and receive data about your visit:
- Google Tag Manager — loads the tools below.
- Google Analytics 4 — visitor statistics. Three measurement properties are currently active on this site.
- Google Ads / DoubleClick — measures which advertisements lead to bookings.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures the same for our Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Hotjar — records how pages are used, including mouse movement, scrolling and clicks, in order to improve the site.
- Google reCAPTCHA — protects our forms from automated abuse.
- Google Fonts — supplies the typefaces used on the site.
- Cloudbeds — supplies the booking engine and the room availability shown on our pages.
These providers are established outside Ukraine, mainly in the United States, so your data is transferred there. Each of them publishes its own privacy policy governing that processing.
Cookies
Cookies currently set when you visit include:

You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings and block them in advance. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies does not affect your ability to browse the site or make a booking.
Legal basis
We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» (No. 2297-VI). For guests in the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation applies: performance of a contract for booking data, legitimate interest or consent for analytics and advertising, and legal obligation where accommodation records must be kept.
How long we keep it
Booking and billing records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Enquiries are kept while they are relevant to your stay. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set by each provider.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use, or to object to processing. You may also withdraw a consent you have given, with effect for the future. Write to info@rudolfo.ua — we answer within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Уповноважений Верховної Ради України з прав людини), or, if you are in the EEA, with your national data protection authority.
Changes
If we change the tools we use, we update this page and the date at the top.
