The main railway station is about a 10-minute taxi ride away, Lviv Danylo Halytskyi Airport is roughly 15 minutes by taxi, and the bus station is 15-20 minutes away. Reception can arrange a private transfer for any of these routes; just ask at the desk or by phone.

Rynok Square is 2 minutes on foot and the Lviv Opera House is 3 minutes away. Virmenska Street itself is one of the oldest streets in the old town, which forms part of Lviv’s UNESCO World Heritage site, and everything in this list sits within about 5 minutes’ walk of the hotel.

Rudolfo Hotel has no car park of its own, since it sits in the old town’s pedestrian zone. Guests use one of two nearby options instead: a municipal car park about 100 metres away, where hotel guests get a discounted rate, or a secure underground garage about a 5-minute walk away. Reception can tell you the current rate for either option.

Take a ticket at the barrier when you enter the municipal car park about 100 metres from the hotel, then have it stamped at Rudolfo’s reception to unlock the discounted guest rate; reception can tell you what that rate is. You pay at the exit terminal on your first departure, and that single payment covers the whole calendar day with as many entries and exits as you need, without paying again. The specific space you leave is not held for you between exits, so another car may take it while you’re out.

Yes, a secure underground garage at Stara St. 3, about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, is available to guests; reception can tell you the current daily rate. Two numbered spaces, 1 and 31, are marked for hotel guests, and booking ahead is recommended but not required. The garage is locked every night from 22:00 until morning, and reception explains the access procedure at check-in. Cars must leave the garage by 12:00, after which a 50% surcharge on the daily rate applies for the extra time.

Yes, Rudolfo Hotel arranges private transfers by car or minivan to destinations including Lviv railway station, Lviv bus station, the airport, the Shehyni border crossing, Rzeszow, Lublin, Krakow, Warsaw, Kyiv and other destinations. Book through reception, by phone, or directly in the guest app, and reception will quote the current price for your route.

Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00. Reception is staffed around the clock, so both can be arranged at any hour.

Yes, the hotel’s luggage room stores your bags free of charge, both before check-in and after check-out. Just leave them at reception when you arrive, or before you head out on your last day in Lviv.

One of the two Suites has a fixed double bed. Every other room in every category has two single beds instead, which can be pushed together and made up as one double bed on request, either before arrival or during your stay, so let reception know when it suits you.

Rooms facing the inner courtyard are the quietest: all Comfort rooms, all Junior Suites, the Junior Suite City View and one of the two Suites. Rooms facing Virmenska Street carry some pedestrian-zone activity, especially in the evening: all Standard rooms, all Studios and the other Suite. If you would like a quiet room, ask for one facing the courtyard; if you would rather be right above the old town lane, ask for one facing the street. Reception assigns the specific room at booking.

Every Studio has a bathtub, and one of the two Suites has a bathtub plus a separate shower. Two of the five Standard rooms also have a bathtub. Every other room has a shower only. If a bathtub matters to you, mention it when booking and reception will assign a suitable room, subject to availability.

The Comfort rooms and both Suites each have a balcony. The Junior Suite City View has a large terrace overlooking the old town towards the Town Hall, the Ratusha, and so does the Presidential Suite, since it includes that room.

A kitchen is available in the Studio, Junior Suite, Suite and Presidential Suite categories. Standard and Comfort rooms have no kitchen, and neither does the Junior Suite City View. Cooking is limited to the appliances already installed, with no open flame and no bringing your own hotplate.

Every room has a minibar, a safe, a hairdryer, a kettle with a tea and coffee set, a smart TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi, and every bathroom has underfloor heating. The Presidential Suite combines the Junior Suite City View with the adjoining Suite into one unit, giving 85 sq m in total with a terrace and space for up to 5 guests. Booked on its own, the Junior Suite City View is simply a regular Junior Suite City View rather than part of the suite.

Yes, every room’s smart TV supports Google Cast. Press the cast button on the remote, scan the QR code with your phone, and stream from apps such as YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Spotify or Google Photos. iPhone screen mirroring through AirPlay isn’t supported; only casting from these apps works.

The price depends on the room category, the dates and the length of your stay; current prices and availability are on rudolfo.ua, or reception can quote you directly. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are always included in the rate, and the tourist tax is charged separately.

No deposit is required at the time of booking, and cancellation is free up to 48 hours before arrival. If you want your room guaranteed regardless, payment is due 48 hours before arrival, and individual rates or packages may carry their own conditions, which are shown before you confirm and repeated in your confirmation email; those specific terms take precedence.

Rudolfo Hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard and Maestro, cash in UAH only, and bank transfer, provided the funds arrive before you check in. All charges are billed in UAH.

A municipal tourist tax is charged per person, per night, on top of the room rate; the rate is lower for guests registered as residents of Ukraine than for other guests. Reception can tell you the current amount, and it also appears on your bill.

Booking directly, whether on rudolfo.ua, by phone or through reception, is what makes a stay count toward Rudolfo’s three-tier guest programme, Friend, Insider and Ambassador; stays booked through OTAs don’t count. Insider and Ambassador guests receive a welcome gift in the room and early check-in or later check-out when the hotel’s schedule allows it, and Ambassador guests can also be upgraded a category if one is free. Once you’ve booked directly, the details of your arrival can be arranged personally with reception.

Yes, Rudolfo Hotel issues an accommodation invoice, a fiscal receipt together with a terminal receipt, an extract or certificate for the entrepreneur, and an act. Bring your business travel order showing your company name and invoicing details, and let reception know when you arrive so the documents are prepared correctly.

Breakfast is included in every rate and served in the ground-floor restaurant, Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 10:30 and Saturday to Sunday from 08:30 to 11:30. It combines a buffet with warm dishes made to order from the a la carte menu.

Yes, that’s possible for an additional charge. Please let reception know the evening before so the restaurant can plan for the extra guest, and they will confirm the current price at the same time.

Once breakfast service ends, the restaurant turns into a lounge where guests read, work or meet. Coffee and tea are free for guests there around the clock, Wi-Fi covers the whole hotel, and the on-site generator keeps everything running even through a power cut.

A kitchen comes with the Studio, Junior Suite, Suite and Presidential Suite categories, equipped for cooking with your own ingredients. Standard rooms, Comfort rooms and the Junior Suite City View don’t have one.

Rudolfo Hotel has its own shelter inside the building, one floor below the lift, with room for every guest in the hotel at the same time. It’s stocked with blankets, drinking water, food, Wi-Fi and its own power supply, and staff bring guests down as soon as the alert sounds; the route is shown to every guest at check-in. Nobody needs to leave the building or look for a public shelter in the street.

A generator starts automatically and supplies the whole hotel for several days: lighting, heating and cooling, hot water, the lift, Wi-Fi and reception all keep running. Guests shouldn’t notice much difference beyond the generator taking over.

Reception is staffed around the clock, and the front door stays locked overnight with staff opening it in person for every guest, no code needed. The reception desk has an alarm button that brings security in about 2 minutes, every room has a smoke detector and a safe, and the building has a fire alarm system that notifies the fire brigade automatically, with an assembly point right in front of the hotel on Virmenska Street.

Quiet hours run from 23:00 to 05:00. It’s worth keeping this in mind given the hotel sits in a lively pedestrian zone in the old town, where guests are asked to keep noise down for neighbours in nearby rooms and buildings.

Children up to and including age 5 stay free. For children aged 6 to 14, an extra bed with breakfast included is charged; reception will confirm the current rate when you book. From age 15, the adult rate applies, and any additional adult in an extra bed is also charged at the current rate, which reception can quote.

A sofa bed for an extra guest is available in nearly every category: both Suites, three of the four Junior Suites, two of the three Studios, three of the five Standard rooms, and one Comfort room. Tell us how many you are when booking and reception will assign a suitable room. A cot or a playpen for children under 6 is free and set up before you arrive, just mention it when booking. For a larger family, the Presidential Suite fits up to 5 guests.

Dogs up to 6 kg and dogs of 7 kg or more are charged at different nightly rates, and cats are charged at the same rate as small dogs regardless of size or number; reception can tell you the current rates. Please let them know in advance so a water bowl and food are ready in the room on arrival. In public areas pets stay on a lead or in a carrier, and should never be left alone in the room.

Only after individual review by the hotel’s management, and only with a copy of a parent’s passport and a written statement of consent. Contact the hotel before booking to discuss the situation; otherwise the guest registered for a room must be at least 18 years old.

Laundry and ironing run through the hotel’s own laundry service: anything handed in before 09:00 comes back the next day, seven days a week. Express ironing within one hour carries a 50% surcharge, and dry cleaning goes through a partner company, picked up by 11:00 and returned the same evening. There’s no self-service washing machine, but a laundry bag and form are in the wardrobe; the price list is in the room, and reception can tell you the current prices in advance.

Smoking, including vaping, isn’t allowed indoors anywhere, not even in the room. It’s permitted only on your own balcony or terrace, in the Comfort rooms, the suites, the Junior Suite City View and the Presidential Suite; keep the balcony door closed while you smoke and use the ashtray provided.

Yes, Rudolfo Hotel accepts parcels and deliveries for guests, both before your arrival and during your stay. They’re kept safely at reception, and staff will let you know as soon as something arrives.
